Policies:

1. Orders for livestock are not definite until livestock availability is confirmed by
us.

2. For Release of Wings orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the
time of ordering. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the delivery date.

3. Schools wishing to use a purchase order can either mail or e-mail a copy to us.

4. All other orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

5. For guarantees on livestock, please see the appropriate page.
